The Reach
After a few weeks of seeing thousands of $ worth of camera gear collecting dust in my apartment, I decided to find a way to put it to use. Since there isn't much skiing going on in Boston in May I figured I'd try to shoot some local high school baseball. Close to home, nice weather, and maybe I could even make a few bucks with some practice.
Now don't get me wrong, I like baseball. But shooting it was not quite as exciting as I'd hoped. Not even close. Maybe it was the fact that I wasn't getting a ton of great pictures; maybe it was the fact that it was JV ball. Or maybe it had something to do with not knowing anyone there. Whatever it was I had to bail after an hour and a half or so. That's not to say I won't shoot baseball again - I'd like to in fact. But I'm gonna have to figure out how to do it better so I'm at least happy with the results.

I was supposed to shoot another band tonight but they canceled, so here's an oldie. Lacking new material again...applied for photo credentials at US MTB Champs at Mount Snow this summer, but even if I get them I don't have anyone to sell images to. Should work on that.
