Random shots...try to add something new every few days or so. Sometimes I'm successful.

Didn't have the camera out today so nothing really new to put up. This is from the eclipse a few days back. Had some really great shots of the moon coming up over the mountains, behind some clouds, but I accidentally erased them all from my memory card before they made it to the computer. That's one true advantage of film. You can't really erase a negative as easily as a file from a memory card.
Up at Gunstock for the Bill Koch Festival, and I can't believe how much snow there is. Roadside snowbanks are easily higher than my car in spots, and the skiing today was perfect extra blue. Forecast tonight: 8-12 inches. Yikes.

This isn't my favorite of the mass start shots, but interesting nonetheless.
In the end I had a shot at shooting the last 2 days of NCAA's, but it didn't fit with my schedule here in the east. First 2 days I could have done, but that's life.
I'm psyched to at least have gotten a foot in the door and had the chance. Hopefully it works out for next year. Next year...
In the meantime the winter is quickly wrapping up and it's time to find something other than skiing to shoot (ideally for profit). If anyone out there happens to be a magazine or newspaper editor, outdoor/active gear/wear company owner, or sports team media director lets talk.

Dartmouth 1-2. This was the story for most of the season. Love the crowds here...

Exhibition Sprint at the Snowbowl. Surprisingly entertaining and well-received by the crowd.
Well, that just about wraps it up for EISA. I'll get around to posting pictures from Middlebury in the next few days.
I'm left feeling like I did at Colby when the season ended...bummed. Don't get me wrong, I won't miss the driving and hauling gear into and out of hotels. But I will miss seeing all the great people each weekend and doing the the camera work. The circuit is such a great atmosphere...too bad it only lasts for 6 weeks each year.
A few more NENSA events lined up then the season's over. Guess I'd better start expanding my repertoire.

Midd mass start. Classic. Lots of pictures to upload, give me a few days.
Can't really take too much credit for this one but I like it nonetheless.

Nice day today in western VT and MA. I have lots of pictures to put up from this weekend; should be able to get to it later today or tomorrow.

The sticky stuff...
Tricky waxing over at VA on Sunday. I heard a bunch of kids even skied on harries, which I've never had the chance to do. Here's Pete working his magic.

Another shot of the Daytona.
All of the pictures from the VA Eastern Cup are up, and I also put up a few more schools' shots from the Dartmouth Carnival. By the way, I should mention that I was totally wrong about G Randall winning the 20k...Juergen killed it. And congrats to my fellow former TGSer Pat O'Brien who looked awesome and finished third.
